RapidFlow Plumbing

Concept build. Testing how far a service page can lean on response time as the selling point, with the phone number persistent on scroll.

Concept website for a plumbing company exploring how service plans and same-day availability affect conversion.

My role: WordPress designer, Elementor developer, UX designer, and responsive front-end builder.

Tools: WordPress, Elementor Pro, Blocksy, custom CSS, responsive design tools, and image optimization.

The challenge:

RapidFlow Plumbing was created as a concept project to test a different angle on the plumbing brief. Rather than leading purely on emergency response, this version introduces tiered service plans, basic, standard, and premium, alongside the usual repair and installation services.

That created a layout problem worth solving: a visitor with a burst pipe and a visitor comparing maintenance plans want completely different things from the same page. The design separates immediate-need paths from considered ones, with same-day availability stated early and the plans placed further down for people still browsing.
